At Vinora, we want every step you take to be in comfort and confidence. If the shoes you receive are defective, the wrong size, or not as described on our website, you may request an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and we’ll do our best to provide your replacement promptly.
All exchange requests must be made within 2 days of receiving your order. The shoes must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original box and packaging. Products showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for exchange.
Return Policy
We only accept returns if the shoes arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, you can request a return within 2 days of delivery. Once the returned item is inspected and verified, we will issue a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
To complete a return, the shoes must be sent back in their original packaging, along with the order receipt or proof of purchase. Please ensure the package is securely sealed to prevent damage in transit.
